Mrs. Will Foemmel returned the first of the week from a 5 day visit at Stratford.
The cheese factory started last Sat., April 21, instead of the 25th, as it was though it would.
Mrs. Geo. Root, sons Elwin and Louis, Mrs. Al Nonhof, son Glenn and Mrs. Truman Davis and daughter Lucille did shopping in Neillsville on Friday of last week.
A number of our farmers took stock to Granton Saturday.
Mrs. Geo. Huntley is assisting Mrs. Ernest Wonser in her house cleaning.
Denver Williams commence work for John Pietenpol first of the week.
Truman Davis and family were guests at the home of Mrs. Davis’ parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Breese.
Miss Kittie Gibson spent Sat. at the S.R. Davis home.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lawrence and little daughter visited at Grandpa Huntley’s Sunday.
Now is the time to do your seeding, while the weather is find and the ground is dry.
