Bryan, Jean Marie (Marriage - 29 December 1962)
St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville was the scene Saturday of the wedding of Miss Jean Marie Bryan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Bryan of Neillsville, and Ronald O. Yankee of Beloit, son of Mrs. Mary Yankee of Neillsville and Gilbert Yankee of Denver, Colo. The Rev. Fr. Bernard T. Kelly performed the double ring ceremony.
Mr. Bryan gave his daughter in marriage and for the occasion she was attired in a floor length gown of Chantilly lace, styled with a full hoop skirt designed with lace over panels of net. The Basque bodice was fashioned with a scalloped sequin and pearl trimmed neckline, and was completed with long, tapered sleeves. Her bridal headpiece was a crown of white flowers studded with pearls from which cascaded a fingertip veil. Her bridal bouquet consisted of white pompoms set off with pink baby roses entwined with white streamers.
Miss Sharon O’Reilly of Marshfield was her maid-of-honor.
The groom was served by his brother, Larry G. Yankee, as best man. Ushers were Brian Schmidt of Neillsville and Richard O’Reilly of Marshfield.
Nuptial music was furnished by the children’s choir of St. Mary’s school.
A reception in St. Mary’s hall followed the wedding.

O’Reilly, Vincent O’Reilly and granddaughter of Milwaukee; Mrs. Rueben Bertz, Berlin, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Steinhilber, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bryan of Humbird; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Guetschow and children of Beloit, Diane Koping, Loyal; Florence O’Reilly, Leonard and Lawrence O’Reilly, Marshfield, Richard, Greg and Jerry O’Reilly, Marshfield and Mr. and Mrs. David Bertz of Withee.
