Lemanski, Rose (2 SEP 1883 - 29 DEC 1957)

 

Last rites were conducted by Rev. Father Jerome Knopka of St. Stanislaus Church in Lublin at 11:00 a.m. Jan. 2nd for Mrs. Joseph Lemanski, 74, who passed away at 3106 N. Bernard, Chicago, of a heart attack on Sunday, Dec. 29, 1957.

 

The body was brought here and lay in state at the Thorp Funeral Home until the time of the funeral.

 

Rose Ciepluck was born in Manitowoc, Wis., on Sept. 2, 1883.  She was united in marriage there to Joseph Lemanski on Sept. 30, 1901.  They resided on a farm near Lulbin for many years.  Mr. Lemanski died in Feb. 1951.

 

She is survived by three sons, Anthony of 3106 Bernard, Chicago, Elias of 2608 W. rogers, Milwaukee, and Casimer of 114 Paradise SR, Santa Barbara, Calif., one daughter, Marian, Mrs. Tony Garbarski, Thorp.

 

Interment took place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Pallbearers were Larry Gostomski, Malen Ogurek, Walter Krzyznaowski, Jr., Gust Kasmierski, John Tyznik and Walter Tyznik.
