Hale, Edward T. (22 DEC 1875 - 1 JAN 1958)
Edward T. Hale, 82, died last Wednesday in the Neillsville Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Hale was editor and publisher of the Humbird Enterprise for 45 years, retiring in 1950. He started his newspaper career in 1890 by setting type in Elroy, Wis.
Mr. Hale was born in Madison on Dec. 22, 1875. He lived most of his life in Humbird. He married Emma Fox of Elroy on Sept. 14, 1898.
