Brewer, Phyllis Marie (Marriage - 19 January 1963)

Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday in St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Milwaukee uniting in marriage Phyllis Marie Brewer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Brewer of Neillsville, and Daniel Martell of Milwaukee, son of Mrs. H. G. Martell and the later Mr. Martell. A double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Fr. Du Suelle.

Two hundred guests were present as Mr. Brewer gave his daughter in marriage. The bride was attired in a white satin sheath dress with a flowing train.  Irish lace accented the gown. A pillbox hat held her illusion fingertip veil.  White orchids made up the bridal bouquet.

Miss Joan Sell of Milwaukee served as maid-of-honor, and groomsman was Donald La Sarte of Green Bay.

Relatives and immediate friends attended a wedding dinner served at the Chalet on the Lake.

The bride is a graduate of Neillsville High School (class of 1957) and Spencerian Business College, and is a member of Pi Rho Leta Sorority.  She had been employed as a legal secretary for the last two years.

The groom received his education in Green Bay and is a graduate of St. Norbert College, De Pere.  He is manager of an insurance company in St. Claire Shore, Mich., where the couple resides.

Guests from Green Bay, Chicago, Neillsville, Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee attended the ceremony.
