Zimmerman, Carl (1902? - 1 MAR 1958)
A Clark County man was killed Saturday in a two-car crash in front of a La Crosse County restaurant. His death boosted Wisconsin’s 1958 highway toll to 94, compared with 121 a year ago Saturday.
Carl Zimmerman, 55, of Route 1, Humbird, died when his auto and another collided as he turned off Highway 16 into the driveway of a restaurant near Bangor. Zimmerman was alone in the car. The other driver suffered only minor injuries.
