Christie (3 March 1911)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Wella Beecher and son Merrill spent Saturday and Sunday at the home of Mr. Beecher’s parents at Granton.

 

A large crowd attended the party at George Harper’s Saturday evening.

 

Bruce Armitage and Chas Peck were busy hauling bolts to Granton the past week.

 

Lee Palmer was a caller at this burg this week.

 

Dr. Snyder the veterinary surgeon was called out to Brigam Young Sun. on account of a colt being badly hurt.

 

Ed Voigt and Isaac Mole called at the creamery Tuesday; glad to report both looking well.

 

Albert Neis spent Sunday at Chas. Shaw’s.

 

A large crowd surprised Mrs. R. Zickert Tuesday evening. All report a fine time.

 

The Christie creamery will start manufacturing butter next week, but will continue making cheese at the same time.

 

Will Hannah was a Marshfield caller, Tuesday.
