Chili (3 March 1911)
Harry Eide had a few more carloads of hay in last week and this week which went very rapidly.
The Masquerade and basket sociable given by the Chili Business Men’s Association was a very pleasant affair. Everybody seemed to have a good time and the financial success was not lacking either. There were not very many masked.
Anton Hogenson transacted business at Neillsville and Granton last Wednesday.
Louis Reichert visited his mother at Granton between trains Wednesday.
Clyde Higgins of Stevens Point, after a few days visit at the home of John Davis left for Shumet, Mont., last Monday, where he has a claim.
Lola Snow and Elmyra Phillips after spending Sunday at home, returned to Granton Monday where they are attending school.
Mrs. A. Fenske went to Granton one day last week to consult a physician in regard her health.
