Winn and Dubes sawed wood for Allie Turner, Abe and Wm. Vande Berg, and Wm. Benedict, the fore part of last week and the first of this week.
Miss Jean Davis has been on the sick list.
Miss Pearl Davis and brother Merton returned to Marshfield the fore part of the week after a visit here.
Mrs. George Huntley and daughter-in-law spent Monday at Roy Lawrence’s.
Allie Turner and wife spent Saturday evening at John Vande Berg’s.
Word was received here Monday that Mrs. Sophronie Bassett, who moved to Allegan, Mich. last fall, died at that place of paralysis last week. Interment took place Sunday at 2 o’clock. She leaves one daughter, Mrs. Samford Benedict of this place, besides a host of other relatives in this vicinity to mourn her death.
Ed Northup’s youngest child suffered with convulsion Friday night.
Harmon Huntley recently purchase a 2 ½ horse power engine and sawing outfit.
Forest Rowe sawed wood for A.P. Fulwiler Monday.
