Richmond, Jessie (4 April 1886 - 23 February 1963)
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the United Church of Christ in Neillsville for Mrs. Jessie Richmond, 76, of Neillsville, who died February 23 at her home following a long illness. The Rev. W. C. Koehler officiated. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Richmond, the former Jessie Jolivette, was born April 4, 1886, in La Crosse. She came with her family to the Town of Levis in 1898. In 1917 she was married to the late William Richmond in Bismarck, N. D. and they lived a few years in North Dakota for a few years before returning to Wisconsin. They located in the Town of Levis, where they resided until 1943, when Mr. Richmond died. She moved into Neillsville in 1944, where she has resided since.
She is survived by a son, Harold, of Neillsville; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Eileen) Krutsch of Logan, Kans.; and by two grandchildren. Other survivors are two step-children, Mrs. Julius (Lola) Rennak of Granton, and Mrs. Harry (Grace) Sprague of Illinois.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Bergemann Funeral Home.
