Wardynski, Andrew (12 NOV 1884 - 27 MAY 1958)
Andrew Wardynski, 73, of Gilman, passed away at the Victory Memorial Hospital at Stanley on Tuesday, May 27th, 1958.
The deceased was born in Poland on Nov. 12, 1884. He came to the United States in 1904 and lived in Chicago until 1918 when he came to Polley and located on a farm. Here he brought up his family and upon retiring in 1937 came to Gilman to reside.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, three sons, Chester and Mathew of Chicago, and Ignatius of Gilman, four daughters, Mrs. Stefania Junak of Gilman, Mrs. Mary Rosinski, Mrs. Jennie Martin and Mrs. Bernice Mikolainis of Chicago.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Stanley Tyborski at St. Mary’s Polish National Church at Lublin with interment in the parish cemetery.
