Lewallen, Roger (14 SEP 1944 - 4 JUN 1958)

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Maple Grove Church of the Brethren for Roger Lewallen, 14, of Stanley, victim of the tornado Wednesday.

The Rev. Walter Miller officiated and burial was in the Edson Union Cemetery.

Roger was born in Clark County on Sept. 14, 1944, the son of Donald and Mae Lewallen.  He had lived in the Town of Edson since 1945.  He was graduated from the eighth grade at High Bank School this month.

Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Leonard and James, and a sister, Donna Mae, all at home; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. David Lewallen of Stanley.
