Granton Area Locals (11 April 1963)

H. C. Witte plans to return to his home here Friday.  Katherine Rittenapp of Oneonta, N. Y. housekeeper in the Witte home, arrived Wednesday to resume her duties.

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Mitchell have moved into one of the Lautenbach apartments.

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schmidtke and son of the Town of York were Sunday dinner guests at the William Schmidtke home.

The Women’s Society of Christian Service of the Granton Methodist Church is planning a rummage sale and dinner for April 18.

Miss Barbara Zahradka, who attends school in Milwaukee, is expected today (Thursday) to spend the Easter vacation with her mother, Mrs. Anna Zahradka.

Jeffrey, Keith and Gary Eibergen are being cared for by their grandmother, Mrs. Anna Zahradka, while their mother and new baby sister are in the hospital.

Weekend guests of Mrs. Eva Davis were Mr. and Mrs. Kamitch of Minneapolis, Minn.  Saturday evening Mrs. Davis and her guests visited at the George LaGrander home in Chili.

Kathy Hubing and Juli Kuhl spent the weekend with their teacher, Miss Helen Wieland, at her home in Alma. Miss Wieland teaches the fifth grade at Granton.
