Waichulis, Frank (20 FEB 1905 - 12 SEP 1958)
Frank Waichulis, 53, passed away at a Chicago hospital on Sept. 12, 1958.
He was born Feb. 20, 1905 in Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. to the late Sam and Sophia Waichulis. He now lived at 4421 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago.
Funeral services were held at St. Mel Church and burial took place at St. Casimir in Chicago.
The deceased is survived by his wife, Laura, his step-mother, Mrs. Bernice Waichulis, and the following brothers and sisters, Victory, Fabian, Anthony, Mrs. Clara Lipuna, Sophia Anderson and Charlotte Urbanik, and also the following step-brothers, Julius, Stanley and Ray Slipek and Frank Szwarga.
