Jack Creek Valley (14 April 1911)
Mrs. Julius Drescher visited relatives at Chili last week.
John McCarl and Will Ward visited friends at Grand Rapids last week.
Otto Hantke delivered a good sized load of potatoes at Granton last Friday.
The Lynn Telephone Co. put in 3 new phones for their patrons on the new extension in Jack Creek Valley last Friday.
Miss Martha Nitschke of Lynn did sewing for Mrs. C. H. Kuechenmeister, last week.
The young folks of Jack Creek Valley pleasantly surprised Miss Leah Yankee at the home of her cousin, Otto Hantke, Friday evening.
A bunch of young ladies helped Chas Kuechenmeister cook maple syrup Sunday evening.
Frank Kaufman was called to Chippewa Falls on business Monday.
Ralph Galbreath and wife of East Washburn visited at Otto Hantke’s, Sunday.
