Mr. and Mrs. C. Guk spent Sunday at Fred Hines in Fremont.
Louis Knoop says it does not matter what time a man feeds the hogs when business is rushing.
The A. Lindow, C. Guk and A. Pusheck families spent Saturday evening at W. Albrecht’s.
Tack Olson shipped a calf to Chicago Tuesday.
Miss Clara Knoop who is keeping house for her brother went to Neillsville last Saturday to spend a few days with her parents.
Oscar Franke invested in a telephone last Friday.
F. Lichte and family called at A. Pusheck’s Monday evening.
Oscar Sternitzky does not often leave his roost, abut when he does, everything seems to take fresh life, for when he started out Sunday evening the frogs began their song and the dismal hoot of the owl turned to pleasant music.
Henry Dietrich had some feed ground by Max Opelt of Lynn Tuesday.
Things are getting dull. We hope someone will start some excitement even if it is nothing but a wedding.

Owing to the large amount of milk that the Banner Creamery patrons are delivering the proprietor is compelled to make cheese every day.
H. B. Muir and Carl Renne transacted business at Granton last week Friday.
