A.P. Fulwiler, Walter and Ernest Rowe and families spent Wednesday at Wm. Rowe’s.
Roy Lawrence sawed wood Friday.
Abie Turner and Melvin Lawrence put a new floor in Mrs. Mortimer’s dining room last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Knickle spent Sunday at Abie Turner’s.
Dna Lawrence spent Wednesday night and Thursday at Bert Hales’.
Fay Livingston and wife did not spend Sunday at Bessie Turner’s as was stated in last week’s issue.
Mrs. Mary Fulwiler has returned home from a several month visit in North Dakota.
Dan Timerson and wife were Neillsville callers Monday.
Wm. Rowe and family took Mrs. Mary Redmond and children to Neillsville Thursday. They returned to their home at Rice Lake Saturday morning.
The Royal Neighbors installed the following officers at their meeting Thursday: Oracle, Mrs. Alice Soles; Vice Oracle, Mrs. Mary Winn; Recorder, Mrs. Susie Benedict; Recorder, Mrs. Susie Benedict; Receiver, Mrs. Jennie Graves; Chancellor, Mrs. Louis Vande Berg; Marshall, Ethel Win; Inner Sentinel, Lillie Vande Berg; Outer Sentinel, Miss Ollie Shafer; Manager, Mrs. Jennie Fulwiler; Physician, Dr. P.M. Ross.
Joe Alton spent the past week at Dan Timerson’s.
Abram Vande Berg was busy the past week delivering wood to the schoolhouse in Destirct No. 2.
We may look for six weeks more of wintery weather, for the ground hog certainly saw his shadow Sunday.
Miss Mable Grabe came the latter part of the week for a visit under the parental roof.
Mrs. Wm. Rowe and Lulu Benedict have been somewhat under the weather for the past few days.
Mrs. Hattie Turner was a Loyal caller Monday.
