Harding, Chester, A. (? - 28 April 1963)
Word has been received here of the death of Chester A. Harding, Sr. 66, died April 28, in Wild Rose. Funeral services were held the following Wednesday in Beloit.
Mr. Harding was born in Chili and lived for a time in Neillsville. He had been an employee of the Fairbanks-Morse Company for 20 years before his retirement. He also lived at Bloom City and had gone to Wild Rose to make his home just two weeks before his death.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Arthur of Milwaukee, and Chester of Beloit; three daughters, Mrs. Harold Simplot of Beloit, Mrs. Earl Russell, Jr., of Brodhead and Mrs. W. A. Berryman of Dallas, Tex.; and by his mother, Mrs. Edith Harding of Platteville. Other survivors are two brothers, Jay of Platteville and Abel of Wild Rose; and two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Ludeke of Milwaukee and Mrs. Pearl Collins of Los Angeles, Cal.
