Frant Osgood entertained the wood sawyers one day last week.
Our teacher Miss Beeckler attended teachers institute Friday.
Mr. Holzhausen of Thorp came Monday to install the milking machine in Al Nonhof’s barn. Al says no spectators will be allowed before a month at least so that he may have time to learn to run it and the cows may get accustomed to it.
Mrs. Truman Davis, her two daughters and mother spent Friday with the latter’s sister, Mrs. Anthony.
Mrs. Lou Hayden and children spent several days with relatives at Merrillan.
Fred Davis took dinner with Truman Davis and family, Sunday.
Mrs. Nonhof and son did shopping in Marshfield between trains Saturday afternoon.
Mrs. Paul Garbisch and 2 daughters visited at Will Foemmel’s one day last week.
J.B. Daughhetee and family called at Al Nonhof’s Sunday afternoon.
Alfred Johnson and amily spent Sunday evening at Will Foemmel’s.
Mrs. Truman Davis was among those who attended the quilting bee at Jennie Grave’s Wednesday.
Lou Davis writes that he weighs 163 lbs. It seems to be quite a growing country as he now sports a mustache.
