Star Corner (28 April 1910)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Anding of Altoona are visiting her parents.

 

The little son of J. J. Herman has been on the sick list the past week.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Chas Wiesner and Mrs. Keuer went to Granton Wednesday.

 

Art Stubbs passed through here on his way to Granton last Thursday.

 

Frank Preston was a Granton visitor last Saturday.

 

John Goebel delivered cheese to Granton Monday.

 

Farmers are about through with seeding in this vicinity.

 

J. J. Herman has been working for Mr. Singer the past week.

 

Phillip Breseman got a load of hay from Granton, Thursday.

 

Mrs. F. Preston, Mrs. R. Mayhew and Miss Nora Odekirk attended the meeting of the Carnation Art Club at Mrs. R. T. Washburn’s, Wednesday p.m.

 

Theo Breseman and Chas Bass have begun the work on the basement for John Goebel’s new barn.
