Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bischoff and family of Mountain Home, Id., and her mother Mrs. Paul Kelpin of Payette, Ida., arrived Monday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow and with Mrs. Anna Pischer at Granton. Mrs. Kelpin is a sister of Mrs. Pischer and Mrs. Kalsow. Mr. and Mrs. Bischoff and family left Tuesday morning for Indiana to visit his relatives and parents for a few weeks, after which they will return to visit in and around Neillsville and Granton.
Miss Kathy Roderick of Houston, Tex., and Jim Mockstey of Santiago, Calif., came Monday to visit with Mrs. Margaret Roderick for a few days. Miss Roderick is a granddaughter of the later Clarence Roderick and Jim is serving in the Marines.
Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow and her sister, Mrs. Paul Kelpin, visited with the Misses Gusta, Hulda and Anita Schoengarth in Neillsville Tuesday afternoon.
Mrs. Herman Dux accompanied her brother-in-law, Leland Northup to Rockford, Ill., last Thursday to visit her sister, Mrs. Leland Northup, who is ill.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hagen and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Norman Miller and family at Colby Sunday afternoon and had supper with them.
Mrs. Paul Kelpin of Payette, Id. who is a house guest of Mr. And Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow, visited with her sister, Mrs. Anna Pischer in Granton several days. She returned to the Kalsow home Tuesday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kalsow, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sturtz, Sr., of Loyal, and Mrs. Paul Klauer spend Thursday evening at the Wilbur Hagen home in honor of the birthday of their son Dale.
Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow and Mrs. Paul Kelpin called on Mrs. Martha Grap and Mrs. Robert Beyer Wednesday afternoon. In the evening they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schlinkert.
Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Halbrader and family of Dousman attended the wedding of a nephew at Loyal Saturday. They called on Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klauer and Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow Saturday evening.
Paul Klauer returned from Memorial Hospital in Neillsville Friday afternoon.
Mrs. Roland Kalsow and daughters, Helene and Petra, called on Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow Saturday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. John Poppe spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klauer.
Raymond Kalsow returned to Milwaukee Sunday after spending Memorial weekend at home.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stelloh of Neillsville visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schlinkert Sunday afternoon and were supper guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow and Mrs. Paul Kelpin accompanied their sister, Mrs. Anna Pischer, and Misses Lydia and Marcella Schune of Granton to Marshfield Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Ray Keuer and son. They were supper guests with them.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Beyer and family had as dinner guests Sunday Mr. and Mrs. William Meihak, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kuhl and Miss Hattie Welton (Winton) of Neillsville, and Mrs. Gustie Roberts of Pennsylvania.
Misses Verona and Vanda Schlinkert are spending their vacation with their grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Guk, in Granton.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Beyer and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schlinkert and daughters, Saturday evening.
