Amanda Mae Venzke and Seth David Runnoe, Eau Claire, were united in marriage August 13, 2011, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Abbotsford, with Fr. Hackel presiding.
The bride is the daughter of Larry and Rhonda Venzke, Athens. The groom is the son of Chuck and Jenny Runnoe, Abbotsford.
The maid of honor was Clarissa Venzke, La Crosse, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Meyer, Dorchester, friend of the bride; Megan Hocking, Marshfield, friend of the bride; Chelsea Ferk, Bangor, Maine, friend of the bride; Amanda Runnoe, Milwaukee, sister of the groom; Chelsea Onchuck, Phillips, friend of the bride; and Allie Holm, Rochester, friend of the bride.
The best man was Jamie Soyk, Winona, MN, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Daniel Runnoe, Monterey, CA, cousin of the groom; Adam Nikolai, Marshfield, friend of the groom; Lou Ashbeck, Marshfield, friend of the groom; Bryce Venzke, Neillsville, brother of the bride; Brett Venzke, Athens, brother of the bride; and Brock Venzke, Athens, brother of the bride.
The ring bearer was Brant Venzke, Athens, brother of the bride.
Ushers were David Kodl, Ringle, cousin of the bride, and Paul Runnoe, La Crosse, cousin of the groom.
Music at the ceremony was provided by Helen Schultz, Melissa and Tim Carrol, and Kerry Lindberg.
A reception was held at El Norteno in Curtiss.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Colby High School and a 2010 graduate of UW-Eau Claire.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of Abbotsford High School and is currently attending UW-Eau Claire.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon on Mackinac Island in Michigan. They currently reside and work in Eau Claire.
