Heathville (12 May 1911)
The 16 month old baby boy of Sam Martin has been sick for about 5 months is at the present writing somewhat on the gain, but not entirely out of danger. Dr. Rath who has charge of the sick child held a consultation with Dr. Matheson of Neillsville last week.
Every dog has his day, but it is at night when he is tied loose.
George drake is again staying with his brother Nate.
John Duffy is still in our neighborhood.
Martha Kampin is helping Mrs. Jim Tremelling in her house work.
Mrs. H. A. Knoll who underwent an operation at the Marshfield hospital last week is at present getting along nicely.
The Heathville baseball team will give a dance at the Woodmen Hall at Chili next Saturday, May 13th.
Loyal Jordan, Anderson Spry, Fred and August Dankemyer are among those who will erect silos on their farms this summer.
