Mr. and Mrs. Joe Frei came last week Tuesday and remained until Wednesday at the Geo. Frei home.
Mr. and Mrs. Nonhof joined a party of young people from Granton and spent a pleasant evening at Geo. Wilson’s last Week Wednesday evening.
The party at Lou Hayden’s was well attended last week, at which a guessing contest was a part of the entertainment. Miss Vera Beeckler won first prize, a bon bon dish, and Marjory Pietenpol won the prizes in the bean guessing contest, after which a dainty lunch was served.
Jennie Ackerman spent Sunday at home.
Truman Davis and wife entertained his relatives at dinner on Sunday in honor of F.W. Davis’ birthday.
Henry Vanderweiss drove out and spent Sunday with his parents.
Al Nonhof and family were Sunday guests at Alfred Johnson’s.
Chas. Greeler took the 7:45 train Sunday morning.
Lou Hayden and family were guests of his parents last Sunday.
Lena Davis of Washburn is assisting Mrs. J.W. Pietenpol with her sewing.
A cheese meeting was held at the factory Sat. night.
Mrs. John Pietenpol spent Tuesday at her uncle F. Lee’s, who is on the sick list.
