Arciszewski, Anna (19 APR 1885 - 11 MAR 1959)
Mrs. Anna Arciszewski, 73, passed away at the hospital at Stanley on Wednesday, March 11, 1959, after a lingering illness. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Francis Piekarski at St. Hedwig’s Chapel at ten o’clock March 14th.
The deceased was born in Poland on April 19, 1885. She came to America in 1902 and has resided in this community since that time.
Surviving her, besides her husband, Frank Arciszewski, are three sons, Leon Tylka of Thorp, Adolph Tylka of Pasadena, Calif., and Stanley Arciszewski of Thorp; five daughters, Mrs. Mike (Lillian) Juzwiak, Stratford, Wis., Mrs. Adam (Josephine) Para, Chicago, Mrs. Tony (Stella) Zukowski, Chicago, Mrs. Stanley (Gertrude) Jasinek, Chicago, and Miss Julia Arciszewski, Thorp; one sister, Mrs. Mike Bujalski, Chicago, and one brother, Andrew Dziedzak of Berea, Ohio; 20 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was laid to rest in St. Hedwig’s New Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Mozgowicz, Ed Romanowski, Steve Lato, Matt Kopacz, Leon Nowobielski and tom Broda.
