Geo. Frei sawed wood Friday and Saturday for Mr. Johnson.
Mr. Tremelling moved his family here last Wednesday.
Our spring weather and rain we had Friday took an awful cold Saturday and snowed hard, but melted as fast as it came, so now we have mostly ice and hubs in the road.
Mrs. Ackerman, who left her last November and spent most of the winter in the state of Washington, visited her daughter in Chicago and relatives in Sheboygan for the past two weeks, returned home Saturday. She was accompanied by her little daughter Ella.
Monday was a busy day. Those that didn’t attend the auction at Riedel’s took stock to Granton and some did both.
Effie Davis and children spent Sunday at Grandpa Breese’s.
Ross Root is working for John Pietenpol.
Mr. Krumrey came up from Neillsville to look at a 4 year old colt of Truman Davis’.
Effie Davis is the proud possessor of ten little chickens that were hatched in the old fashioned way.
Amelia Krause spent Sunday at home.
