Neubecker, Wilhelm (28 May 1874 - 27 July 1963)
Burial rites were held in Chicago Tuesday for Wilhelm Neubecker, former resident of the Town of Levis, who died there July 27. The Rev. Warren Mueller was in charge of the service, which was attended by Mrs. Elsie Neubecker and son, Daniel of Neillsville. Mr. Neubecker was born May 28, 1874, in Austria. He came to Clark County with his parents in 1889. He went to Chicago, where he was married and lived until the death of his wife in 1919. Following her death he returned to Clark County and made his home with his brothers, Frank and Matt. In 1956, he returned to Chicago, where he made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Catherine Soble, until his death. Interment was made in Concordia Cemetery at Chicago.
