Kleckner, Everett L. (25 September 1891 - 25 July 1963)
Funeral services were held July 27 from a funeral home in Chippewa Falls, for Everett L. Kleckner, 71, who died unexpectedly July 25. Burial was made in the Chippewa Falls Cemetery.
Mr. Kleckner was born September 25, 1891, in Michigan, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Kleckner. He attended schools in Michigan and Chicago, Ill., and came with his parents to Neillsville. He was associated with his father and brother, Alfred, in the feed business in Neillsville several years ago. His marriage to Anna Rupprecht took place in 1912.
He moved to Chippewa Falls in 1940, where he was engaged in the insurance business. On October 28, 1949, he was married to Bertha (LeMay) Sullivan in Iowa. He was a member of the United Commercial Travelers.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Virginia) Moen of Neillsville and Mrs. Vern (Jean) Jewett of Cupertino, Cal.; a brother, Alfred of Neillsville; two stepsons, Gene Sullivan of New Orleans, La., and Dale Sullivan of Chippewa Falls; six grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.
Those from Neillsville attending the funeral included Mr. and Mrs. Ray Moen and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kleckner.
