The spring weather has finally set in.

The last social center meeting in spite of the bad weather drew quite a crowd of people.  They all seemed to enjoy the program very much.

Wellie Davis moved onto the farm he recently bought from Mr. Fadner, on Monday, April 13th.

Rud Ebert moved onto the Gottlieb Bertschinger farm which he has rented for a year.

Chas. Hayden has sold his place in town to Thode Harriman, who probably will soon sell it to someone else.

Al Snow shipped a car of stock Tuesday morning.

Thursday the farmers will hold a meeting in the Woodmen Hall to consider forming an Equity society for the Purpose of shipping stock.

If you want some Monitor disc drills, pulverizers or disc harrows at low figures, see Degener.

The next social center will be held two weeks from Thursday.

Arbor and Bird day will be observed here at the right time.

Will Neinas has rented the Hutt Hotel for this summer and takes possession May 1st.  John will go north with his family.

A dance will be given at the hall tomorrow, Saturday evening.  Herman Schoengarth’s orchestra will furnish the music.

Dr. Housley made several trips to Granton this week.  The doctor is somewhat under the weather lately.
