Announcement is made of the marriage of Joseph Czernicki Jr. and Miss Bernice Sandner, who were married at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 23, 1959 at St. Ann’s Church, Milwaukee, by Father J.H. Endejan.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Dorothy Sandner of Milwaukee and Joseph Czernicki Sr. of Milwaukee.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother Herbert Sandner, also of Milwaukee. Serving as maid of honor was Miss Joyce Zielinski of Spencer. Also in the wedding party were Miss Pat Zielanis of Thorp and Miss Shirley Patek of Milwaukee. Patty Tranel of Galena, Ill. served as flower girl. Sandy Gryskiewicz, Milwaukee, as surprise flower girl and Tommy Sandner, Milwaukee, as ring bearer.
Best man was Ray Sandner and ushers were John Sandner and Edwin Patek, all of Milwaukee.
The new Mrs. Czernicki is employed by Rhea Mfg. Co. and the groom, a graduate of the Thorp High School, is employed as brick layer by T.V. John Construction Co.
After a short honeymoon at Sturgeon Bay, the newlyweds are home at 1605 N. 47th St., Milwaukee
