Hankey, Emma (Marriage - 20 June 1911)
Mr. Adolph Schune and Miss Emma Hankey were married in church at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Reiff officiating. They were attended by Ferdinand Reichert, Asa Mahn and Arnold Worchel and the Misses Emma Schune, Lydia Worchel and Clara Junchen. After the church services the wedding party together with the relatives of both sides, and a few close friends drove to the Ferd Schultz home in the southwest corner of the town where a bounteous supper was spread. These young people are well and favorably known and we are glad to see them marry and settle here in our midst where the groom is an industrious, energetic farmer.
