Emil Lindow lost a valuable cow Sunday.
Carl Omhold took out his citizen papers at Neillsville last Saturday and gossip has it that he also on that day applied for a marriage license.
Mr. Charley Bealer of Grand Rapids, after spending a few days with relatives in this neighborhood, returned to his home last week Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Altenburg and family wish to thank their kind friends and neighbors for their aid and sympathy through the sickness and burial of that dearly beloved brother.
All those who intend to purchase choice seed potatoes call on Herman Portz, Town of Fremont.
A number of farmers in this vicinity took veal calves to Lynn last Monday.
Mrs. Herman Jensen and daguther Addie were Marshfield callers between trains Monday.
Arthur Garbush suffered an after effect from his recent operation last Friday night that required medical aid.
Emil Lindow was a Granton caller last Saturday.
Seeding is in full swing with the ground in first class condition.
