Alfred Moldenhauer spent Sunday with Urban Smith.

 

Harvey Teatz was at Porath’s Sunday.

 

Arthur Wilding passed through here Friday.

 

Some of our young people attended the dance at Lynn Saturday night.

 

Willard Christman was a caller in this neighborhood the first of the week.

 

Mrs. Frank Smith, Mrs. August Krause and Mrs. Emil Krause visited at Wischuelke’s last Sunday.

 

Ernest Porath and Emil Krause spent Sunday afternoon in trying the paces of B.F. Frazier’s colt.

 

Several of the friends of Emil Krause dropped in on him last Thursday evening and gave him a surprise party in honor of his birthday.

 

A school entertainment will be given in the District No. 6 Schoolhouse next Friday evening, May 9. The school has prepared a short comic play entitled "The Lost Dog."  Tehre will also be a good musical program.  The school has prepared several songs and the Skeeter Park Orchestra and some Granton music will be in attendance.  An admission fee of 5 and 10 cents will be charged.  The money will be used to buy library books.
