Schmidt, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald (Silver - 1963)
A high mass was sung by Rev. Bernard T. Kelly at 9 o’clock service in St. Mary’s Church in honor of the 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Schmidt of Neillsville.
In the afternoon and evening they entertained in their home. Lunch and refreshments were served and guests enjoyed dancing and playing cards. The Schmidts receive many gifts and a purse of money.
Those attending were: Mr. and Mrs. Reynold Syth, Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wolf and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Wolf, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Schill and Carol, Auburndale; Mr. and Mrs. Gregor Wolf, Schofield,; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Rondorf, Mrs. Arnold Brock, Mrs. Mary Scherr, Mrs. Edna Rabie, Mr. Eckes and Miss Karen Rondorf, all of Marshfield; Mrs. Barbara Gobel of Michigan; Brian Schmidt, Bill Simek, Steve Berghs, Miss Jeanne Svetlik, Miss Mary Beth Urban and Miss Sharon Drescher, all of St. Paul, Minn.; and the following from Neillsville: Mr. and Mrs. Claire Smale, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Feuerstein, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mashin, Mr. and Mrs. William Simek, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Rosenberg, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Short, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Prock, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Svetlik, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Becker, Mrs. Maxine Schmidt, Miss Lydia Hintz and Miss Georgann Smale.
