The cheese factor started Thursday, May 8th.  All the farmers are wearing a happy smile now.

Katy Sultrecht is working in Granton.

Clara Sultrecht of Granton is staying with her aunt, Mrs. Will Sultrecht.

Joe McCann is on the sick list.

Bill Wittcamp is busy these days assessing the town.

Quite a few land buyers were in our vicinity last week.

It is reported that Ed Ziemendorf bought the Fred Canfield place.

The cold weather is not very good for corn, but small grains are looking good.  June 1st is set for our warm weather to start in so farmers will have to be patient until then.

John Seaman and family drove to Neillsville Sunday to attend church.
