Ernest Lee and Frank Jahr drove to Chili Thursday evening to attend the Equity meeting.

T.F. Lee and wife drove to the Ridge Sunday.  Mrs. Lee stayed for a more extended visit with Mr. and Mrs. Vint Lee.

Ed and Albert Jahr came from Neillsville Sunday to visit Oscar and Frank Jahr.  Albert returned the same evening, but Ed stayed for a longer visit.

Miss Lulu McClaflin is helping Mrs. Handke with her housework during the barn building.

Mr. and Mrs. Free Converse and Mrs. Price Beeckler returned Monday from their visit to Jackson County.

Frank Jahr purchased four Holstein cows of Levi Morris last week to replace those killed by lightning.

Miss Ruth lee was the guest of Frances Smith Saturday night and Sunday.

Clarence Salisbury and Florence Converse drove to Ross Paulson’s Sunday evening to see Anna Gardner.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Handke called at Oscar Jahr’s Sunday evening.

Fred Tyler has his barn raised ready for a basement.

Ed Coil and family drove to Granton to see his mother, and spent the day at John Breese’s on Saturday.

Owing to bad weather Thursday, Fred Handke’s barn raising had to be "continued" Friday.

Fergie Richter is "some daddy" since that big boy arrived at his house one day last week.

Mrs. Homer Davis was taken seriously ill Saturday, threatened with pneumonia, but is improving.

Vint Lee expects soon to move to Oconto Falls where he has a better position.

Miss Theresa Sweet is assisting Mrs. Ara Lee with her household duties.

Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Daughhetee and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wright and two youngest children spent Sunday at Elmer Dennis’ house.
