Warnecke, Louis T. (8 AUG 1888 - 4 JAN 1961)
Louis T. Warnecke, 72, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away suddenly and quietly Jan. 4th, 1961 when he succumbed to a heart condition at St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 o’clock Saturday, Jan. 7, from the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home, with burial being made in the Town of Beaver Cemetery. Rev. Theodore Predoehl, pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Withee, and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Curtiss, officiated. During the services vocal numbers were rendered by Mrs. Ted Klabon.
Roy Utke, William Anderson, Jake Johnson, William Platte, Herb Meyer Jr. and Georg Plantico served as pallbearers.
Mr. Warnecke was born Aug. 8, 1888 in the Town of Longwood where he and his wife farmed fro many years prior to settling on another farm in the Townof Green Grove, living there until his retirement two years ago when they moved to the village of Curtiss. Last year the couple observed their golden Wedding Anniversary.
In addition to his widow his passing is mourned by a son and two daughters.
