Mohr, Selma (7 FEB 1892 - 3 APR 1961)
Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Mohr, a former Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) resident until leaving here for Rib Lake about six years ago, were held a week ago this afternoon. Services were conducted from St. Peter's Lutehran Church at Rib Lake, Wis., with Rev. Krubsuack officiating. Burial was made in Greenwood Cemetery, Taylor Co.
Pallbearers included Norman Koch, Wausau, and five grandsons, Fred Mohr Jr., Victor Mohr, Harvey Mohr of Rib Lake, Gary Graham, Medford, and Donald Stolp, Stratford.
Mrs. Mohr, nee Selma Scheithauer, passed away April 3, 1961 at a hospital in Tomahawk where she was being treated for a heart condition.
Born Feb. 7, 1892, in the Town of Greenwood, Taylor Co., she had attained the age of 69 years. On May 7, 1907, she was married to Louis Mohr, who mourns her passing, as do two sons, Ervin of Owen and John Mohr Sr. of Rib Lake; four daughters, Mrs. William (Alvina) Stolp, and Mrs. Melvin (Dorothy) Jarchow, Owen, Mrs. (Mildred) Graham, Medford, and Mrs. Barney (Minnie) Reinke, Fifield; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Three sons preceded her in death.
