Riedel, ? (19 October 1898 - January 1964)

Missing first portion of this obit - In checking the cemetery records we find this to belong to Arthur R. Riedel.

Burial was made in the Windfall Cemetery.

Mr. Riedel was born October 19, 1898, in the Town of Lynn [the son of Herman and Almyra (Konshak) Riedel.] He attended Lynn rural school and the parochial school.

He was married October 16, 1922, to the former Mamie Schmidt in Waukegan, Ill.  They resided in Milwaukee for two years and then moved to Lynn, where they farmed.  He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and its church council.

Mr. Riedel is survived by his wife; four sons, Lloyd and Clifford of Marshfield, Don of Eau Claire, and Dale, at home; nine grandchildren; a brother, Alfred Riedel of Granton; and a sister, Mrs. Richard (Edna) Schier of Port Edwards.

Pallbearers were Martin Krause, Louis and Henry Helm, Clark Brooks, Arthur Short and William Weichelt.
