Washburn (23 January 1964)

 

Mrs. Donald Hoover will entertain the Washburn Homemakers Club, February 20.  Mrs. Adolph Mazourek and Mrs. Christ Feutz will present the project.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dahnert were recent supper guests at the John Reinart home, helping their son, Lee, celebrate his fifth birthday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kalsow and family were Sunday supper guests at the George Allbaugh home, in honor of Mrs. Kalsow’s birthday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. William Tullis spent Sunday afternoon and were supper guests of her sister, Mrs. Mayme Gall, near Arpin.

 

Mrs. Herbert Milderbrath has been a patient at Memorial Hospital since last week Tuesday.

 

Judy, Lee and Wayne Reinart entertained the German measles over the weekend.  Dale had them during holiday vacation. Several other children around the neighborhood also had the measles last week and over the weekend.

 

Oliver Williams had his check-up and x-rays at Marshfield last week Wednesday and was improving nicely. The ulcer has partially healed.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Scholtz and their house guest, Mrs. Art Sparks of Wisconsin Rapids were Saturday evening visitors at the William Tullis home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Kuhn attended the funeral of her cousin, Vernon Hagen, at the Georgas Funeral Home Friday afternoon.  Mrs. Hallie Schultz of Oshkosh drove up for the funeral, also.

 

Coleen Mortenson, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mortenson, was brought home Friday after being hospitalized for more than a week at Memorial Hospital.

 

Mrs. Elmer Kapfer was a Sunday afternoon visitor at the Mrs. Art Odell home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Sanford Dehart spent last week Monday evening with Mrs. Art Odell.

 

Mrs. Henry Hubing visited her son, Clarence Reinart and his wife, Sunday and Sunday night, Mrs. Reinart and Mrs. Hubing visited Mr. and Mrs. Peter Reinart in Merrillan Sunday afternoon.
