Coyle, Grace (8 February 1878 - 24 January 1964)
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Methodist Church in Granton for Mrs. Grace Coyle, 85, of Phoenix, Ariz., who died in that city Friday. The Rev. Lloyd Mauer officiated. Burial was made in Windfall Cemetery.
Mrs. Coyle, daughter of the late Philmore and Anelia (Williams) Converse, was born February 8, 1878, in Clark County, and attended its rural schools.
She was married to the late Edgar J. Coyle in February, 1907, in the Town of York, where they farmed a few years before moving to the state of Washington. Within a year they returned to Clark County. Mrs. Coyle was employed as a switchboard operator from 1927 to 1944.
Since the death of Mr. Coyle, she made her home with her daughters, and moved to Arizona in 1958.
Mrs. Coyle is survived by a son, Gilbert Coyle of Granton; and two daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Violet) Joslen and Mrs. Wilson P. (Rachel) Mallory of Phoenix, Ariz. Other survivors are a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Chapel of Granton; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Georgas Funeral Home in Neillsville.

Pallbearers were: Lloyd Spry, Walter Trimberger, Floyd and Bernard Pietenpol, William Schmidtke, and Neil Downer.
"It is Well with My Soul" and "Good Night, Good Morning" were sung by Mrs. William Schmidtke and Mrs. Van Kayser, accompanied by Mrs. Leland Garbisch.
People from out of town attending the service were: Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Braun of Mayville; Mrs. Harold Trewartha of Neillsville; Mrs. and Mrs. Ellis Chapel of Hartford; and Mrs. James Barth of Chili.
