Mrs. Robert Boehm and children are visiting relatives here.  Robert, who accompanied them up, returned to Menasha on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Clark of Chicago, after a several week visit with Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Schuster, returned home today.

Mrs. Laura Brown entertained 8 of her immediate friends at a party last Saturday afternoon.

T.E. Brameld has sold his grocery business to B. Dangers & Co.

Mrs. Geo. Willard, formerly Carrie P. Gallagher, died at her home in Meominster, Mass. July 4th.  She is survived by two children and their father.

Mrs. H.M. Root, accompanied by her daughter Mrs. W.L. Smith and Miss Jean Monroe, the latter a professional nurse, arrived home last Saturday from Fresno, Calif.  Mrs. Root was obliged to make the entire trip upon a cot or in a drawing room bed.  Yet, despite this fact, she stood the journey well and is apparently none the worse for it.  She is recovering nicely, though it will be some months yet before she will be able to walk.

Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Lowe joined their daughters Margareth and Isabella at Hartland late last week.

Archie Page and Miss Neva Wood, two former Neillsville young people, were married at Carson Wash. last week.
