Miss Hazel Washburn left Monday for Tomah, Wis. for a month’s visit with relatives and friends.
Misses Myrtle and Hattie Frost of Stevens Point arrived last week and are the guests of their sister, Mrs. W. Beecher.
Walter Moldenhauer and family autoed to Owen the latter part of last week. Walter returned the fore part of last week from a trip to Madison where he purchased a Case touring car.
Mr. and Mrs. Beecher of Granton spent Sunday at this place with their son.
Mrs. Geo. R. Brooks and Mrs. R.T. Washburn attended the O.E.S. birthday party at Mrs. F.J. Baer’s last Saturday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Baker and son Robert of Seattle, Wash., arrived last week and visited old friends in this place, and Mrs. Baker’s mother, Mrs. Frechette of Nevins.
Miss Beatrice Brooks returned from her trip in the southern part of the state.
Max Opelt autoed to Marshfield Tuesday.
Mrs. Arndt and family of Montana are here on a visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sternitzky.
Max Opelt will give a dance July 26th in his dancing pavilion.
Mrs. Frank Preston left last week for Spring Valley for a several weeks with relatives.
