Mrs. Ernest Lee and Wenzell accompanied her niece and nephew to Withee for a visit with relatives.
The Misses Hazel and Vivian Brooks, with Leslie Todd, visited relatives near Chili Sunday.
Oscar and Frank Jahr purchased a new Ford touring car this week.
Fall in line ye up-to-date farmers, Old Dobbin is too slow for a prosperous country like ours.
John Kintzele was looking after insurance business in our vicinity one day last week.
Reuben King and wife of Pleasant Ridge were Sunday guests at Ava Lee’s
The Misses Ruth lee, Marion Smith and Edna Kemmeter spent Tuesday at Marshfield.
Mrs. H. King and Mrs. Otis Beardsley came out to Ara Lee’s for a visit Saturday and Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Knorr were guests of Oscar Jahr Sunday.
While Ed Coil and family did shopping in Chili one day last week, robbers broke into his house, but as they had dinner fairly started and Ed was hungry, he agreed to let them off if they agreed to come again. They returned Sunday with their families, and others of their profession with lunch baskets, ice cream and a talking machine and enjoyed a picnic in the grove.
