Obit: Hannah, Chas.
Chas. Hannah died here Wednesday morning, April 24. He had been a great sufferer for the past five years, a great share of the time not being able to be out of bed. The funeral service was held at the house Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock, conducted by Rev. Hendren of Greenwood. Deceased was 68 years of age and was one of the pioneer settlers, a kind friend and a good neighbor. There are left to mourn his loss his wife, three sons — James and Will who reside here, and Allen, now a resident of Oregon; five daughters — Mrs. Nancy LaFleur, Mrs. Nellie Northrup, and Mrs. Eliza Hulbert, of this place, Mrs. Cinda Garvin of Idaho and Mrs Minnie Barr of Oregon. The family have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
