Tews, Mr. and Mrs. Charles (59^th –1964)

The 59^th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tews was quietly observed Sunday at the Tews farm home in the Town of Pine Valley.  Mr. Tews, who has been a hospital patient in Marshfield for several days, came home Saturday to be with his family.  He returned Tuesday for further tests.

Attending a dinner and supper were: Mr. and Mrs. Art Tews, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Tews and family, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Kalsow and family, and the Walter Beyer family all of the Neillsville area.  Other guests were Luann Tews of Eau Claire; Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Marg and family, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Suckow and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Wold and son, of Neillsville, all grandchildren; Mr. and Mrs. John Koss of Milwaukee; Mrs. Joe Ebehay of Racine; Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Sorensen of Appleton; and the Rev. and Mrs. Norman Lindloff and family of Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Tews have resided on their farm since 1909.
