Sylvester Pease left Wednesday night for Montana. He went with a view of taking up a homestead.
Lewis Lawrence went to Humbird Wednesday to help his sister Beulah celebrate her birthday. He returned Thursday for a short visit in this vicinity.
Mrs. Norris, daughter and husband spent Sunday with the former’s sister, Mrs. Stella Mortimer.
Dr. Ross was called Sunday to see Mrs. Wm. Rowe, who is on the sick list. Pearl Pease is attending to the household duties.
Mrs. Olive Lawrence and son Irvin of Hannibal, Wis. have been visiting relatives and friends in North York and this vicinity the past two weeks.
John VandeBerg, wife and daughter Ruth, and Mrs. Olive Lawrence and son Irvin autoed up and attended services in Loyal Sunday forenoon and spent the afternoon with Perry Palmer and family near Greenwood.
The oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bowman is suffering with pneumonia.
Mr. and Mrs. Julius Voigt spent Sunday with her daughter at Chili.
