Wm. Zorn and family spent Sunday at W.R. Happe’s.

 

Mr. Jeff Pishon of Quincy, Wis., is visiting with his sister, Mrs. Josie Rollins.

 

Quite a large crowd attends church at the Garbush schoolhouse every evening.

 

Miss Sylvia Carpenter of Neillsville is visiting relatives and friends in this vicinity this week.

 

H.A. Knoll and wife took in the ball game at Chili Sunday.

 

Mrs. Walter Drake called on her aunt Mrs. Helen Fields on Friday.

 

Sherman Davis and family spent Monday with their son Wellie.

 

Earl Dranke called on Miss Cora Staley Monday evening.

 

George and Nate Drake and H.W. Davis left early Tuesday morning for Maplehurst to spend a few weeks at Camp Comfort.

 

Mr. and Mrs. A. Durow and daughter Lillian, and A. Reuth and son Peter autoed to Marshfield Sunday to attend church.

 

Mrs. Durow’s mother is spending a few days at the Reuth farm.

 

John Duffy had a haying bee the first of the week.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Asa Brown and daughter Helen, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Baily and family, Matt Kidd and Neil Kidd of Osseo are visiting rleatives here since Saturday.

 

Mrs. Ray Ure, who has been very sick and confined to her bed since Saturday, is much improved at this writing.

 

Al Nonhof and family autoed over and picked berries in this vicinity on Monday afternoon.

 

Mrs. F.J. Baer and daughter, and Mrs. C.A. Happe and little daughter, took dinner with W.R. Happe and family on Monday.

 

L.G. Morris and family spent a few days of last week with Mr. and Mrs. N.E. Lee.
