Mr. and Mrs. Fred Helm and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Sternitzky visited at the A. Pusheck home in East Lynn on Sunday.
Robert Nankivell transacted business in this vicinity the fore part of the week.
Gladys Altenburg spent part of last week with her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. J. Altenburg.
Miss Martha Sternitzky left on Monday for Marshfield where she has accepted a position in the Rose Bros. Store.
Miss Elsie Nygaard after several weeks visit at the Henry Sternitzky home left on Saturday for her home at Oshkosh.
Miss Elsie Snyder of Neillsville commenced school in the Brooks district Monday.
County Superintendent Miss Jule Servaty and Miss Schierholz of Neillsville spent Sunday at the J. Martin home.
Miss Nora Gotter is staying with her sister Mrs. W. Chrisman this week.
The Misses Dietrich’s’ from the Ridge visited with their cousins Bertha and Elda Helm, Sunday.
Max Opelt took Will Schlinsog and family to Greenwood Sunday.
Miss Lillian Tragsdorf of Neillsville was a visitor at the Geo Brooks home over Sunday, also attended the dance at the Lynn bowery Saturday evening.
Amos Yankee while scuffling with his friends fell and broke his arm.
P. Tilton of Lindsey transacted business in this vicinity Wed.
The young people of this place attended the party at A. Pusheck’s Friday evening given in honor of Miss Lydia’s birthday. All report a fine time.
Fred Hartson after spending the summer with his uncle Geo. Brooks and assisting with the farm work returned to his home at Greenwood.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo Brooks visited with the latter’s brother, H. Hartson at Greenwood Saturday and Sunday.
Mrs. C. Kuechenmeister called on friends in this neighborhood, Wednesday.
Miss Emma Gotter of the Town of Fremont was seen on our streets, Monday.
Miss Electa Brooks is spending the week with Neillsville friends.
Mrs. Westbroker and children after a weeks visit with relatives and parents returned to Marshfield last Tuesday.
