Rossow, Nancy June (Marriage –16 May 1964)

 

Miss Nancy June Rossow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Rossow of Rt. 1, Loyal, and Jack Dean Weber of Great lakes, Ill., son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl W. Weber of Bellefontaine, O., were united in marriage May 16 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church at Greenwood.

 

The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Arvid Myhrwold before the altar lighted with candles, and bouquets of red roses and white snapdragons.

 

Miss Peggy Jean Rossow served as maid-of-honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Donald Lampi of Deerfield, Ill., and Mrs. Douglas Larsen of Granton.  Miss Cheryl Kuester of Waukesha, the bride’s cousin, served as flower girl.

 

James C. Broyles came from Great Lakes, Ill., to attend as bestman.  Danny Weber of Bellefontaine, nephew of the groom, carried the rings.  Attending the groom were Dennis Schefus of Waukesha and Ronald May of Lisbon, O., both cousins of the bride.  Ushers were Donald Lampi and Ronald Lindgren of Deerfield, Ill.

 

Vern Dahlby, soloist, was accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Don Warner as he sang, "Because" and "I Love You Truly."

 

A reception for 200 guests followed in the church parlors.

 

The bride is a 1958 graduate of Loyal High School and a graduate of Northwest Institute of Medical Technology in Minneapolis, Minn.  She is employed in Highland Park, Ill.

 

The groom is a graduate of West Liberty High School and is a machinist mate, first class, in the Navy.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Weber will reside at 721 McAllister Avenue, Waukegan, Ill.
